Sunil & Vikas (Sunil Shetty & Akshay Kumar) the main protagonists of the film are two happy-go-lucky and carefree young men. They while away their time in madcap adventures along with their girlfriends Ayesha and Mamta (Ayesha Julka & Mamta Kulkarni) who are more than willing to follow them in all their riotous antics.

Vikas's father Dinanath Sabkuchwala, (Anupam Kher) wants his son to follow in his footsteps, but Vikas does not want to take over his father's lowly (Kabadi) business. So to delay joining his father's, Vikas chooses to fail his college exams every year.

In the meanwhile, Chikara (Rami Reddy), an international terrorist plots to destroy our beautiful country. He on the pretext of being a messiah saving the nation, plans to kill the entire leadership of India.

The heroes Sunil and Vikas who are a true representative of the country's youth - bold, daring and sometimes even misguided, but always faithful, destroys Chikara's evil efforts with their daredevil actions.

It is an action romance with a full dose of music, comedy, emotions and thrills.
